Mobile Homes on the Cote d'Azur

If you want a dream Holiday home in the Cote d’Azur then you can by buying one of our Mobile Homes,

and parking it in one of our Parks in The South of France.

The Cote d’Azur is the most glamorous of all holiday destinations, with sophisticated resorts and sandy beaches in equal measure.

The Cote d’Azur was a popular resort for English visitors in the 19th-century who dubbed the beautiful coast between

Menton and Cannes the ‘French Riviera’. The forested hills of Provence and coves sheltered by the stunning cliffs of the Cote d’Azur

(as it is called by the French) blend with the glamorous resorts of Frejus, St Raphael and St Tropez.

Great rocky peninsulas and coves to the west of this region contrast with the wide sandy bays by Cannes and Nice.

Spend lazy days on the sandy beaches, visit the beautiful hilltop town of St-Paul-de-Vence or take a day trip into Italy.

Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo, the capital of Monaco, are within easy reach, while inland Provence remains a wonderful haven of peace and relaxation.

St Tropez is still a pretty fishing village, although it has a reputation as the playground of the rich and famous, with luxurious yachts lining the harbour.

Roquebrune - St James Oasis Village

A traditionally styled Provencal village nestling in a mature pine and oak plantation, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur

This friendly, generously sized village has an easy-going nature that quickly calms even the most frazzled visitors. Its location, within the shade and sanctuary of a one hundred acre forest, instantly conveys a feeling of peace and wellbeing. Bird song, sheltered pitches and filtered sunlight create an environment of tranquillity and relaxation.

But don't get too chilled out, or you'll miss Oasis Village's first class sports facilities - comprising of a water park with lazy river, ideal for floating away any remaining cares you may have. At the heart of the park is the traditionally styled bar, a great place to meet new friends, or end another blissful day in the Côte d'Azur sun.

Gassin - Parc Saint-James

Enchanting towns, sublime resorts and that dazzling, pure light bathing everything it touches - the Cote d'Azur has it all.

And, at Gassin, the elements combine to create a truly special park that's a hit with everyone lucky enough to visit. To have a second home in this very exclusive area must make you feel exceptionally lucky...

Set in 75 acres of oak and pine trees near the medieval hilltop village of Gassin, parts of the park even enjoy jaw-dropping views of the bay of St Tropez and the Mediterranean sparkling in the distance.

A peaceful sanctuary, or a sporty retreat? You choose. It's easy enough to experience both sides here. Sure, with a range of sports, a swimming pool, and organised entertainment galore, you can be as active as you like but, with a luxurious holiday home, terrace and a garden basking in the south-of-France sunshine, you'll not be blamed at all if you spend your days relaxing, perhaps planning an excursion to the friendly bar later in the evening.

You're really not short of day-trip options from Gassin. Apart from the fact that Gassin itself is a pretty, hilltop town worth a day's exploring, you've only to strike out on any of the routes from here to the coast to explore attractions to keep everyone happy.

The Luna Park de Gassin is a traditional funfair with rides galore while, at Fréjus, the Parc Zoologiqe gathers 130 species from around the world in a series of woodland enclosures - to great effect.

Cannes, of course, has to be visited at least once in every lifetime - for the town's year round festivals, its dashing good looks and its stylish sense of fun.

For fun of a more nautical nature, hire a boat and take a trip along the Riviera, complete with champagne picnic - or simply discover a great beach and stay until sunset. The nearest to your park, Marines de Cogolin beach, is a real gem.

Le Sourire - Villeneuve-Loubet

PARC SAINT JAMES LE SOURIRE

Wrapped in pretty Provençal countryside, this enchanting park is just five kilometres from the French Riviera.

In our opinion, Le Sourire couldn't be better situated. An easy ten-minute drive away from the bustle of the Côte d'Azur beaches, this Provençal park is your perfect bolt-hole set within shady gardens and enjoying enough facilities to keep the most energetic families happy. That said, Le Sourire Village is first and foremost a relaxed, easy-going park, with plenty of places to stretch out and soak up the reviving South of France sunshine. Give the park a weekend of your time and, chances are, you'll fall for its laid-back charms and the wealth of treasures on its doorstep. A restaurant, bar, take-away and supermarket ensures you'll be kept well-fed and there's an inviting pool (and one for kids, too). A clutch of sociable sports are also available to try – from crazy golf to volleyball, boules to tennis. In summer, entertainment keeps the tempo going well after the sun sets. Open all year, Le Sourire brings good living on the Riviera within easy reach of everyone. It is particularly suited for couples and young families who are in search of an approachable, medium-sized park in an excellent location, tailor made for day trips into the seductive South of France countryside.

Lavender, jasmine, wild orchids and roses – all combine to make the perfumeries of Grasse simply irresistible to those with a nose for a good scent. You can visit this charming town with ease – it's just 15 kilometres west of your park. The pretty village of Haute de Cagnes is closer. As Provençal villages go, it's surely up there with the most photogenic – with its flower-decked cottages sheltering beneath a hilltop castle. The French Riviera is a procession of grand villas, stylish boutiques and elegant promenades, but in the cluster of streets which make up Nice old town, the accent is far more traditional: its bistros and flower stalls evoking an altogether more captivating side of authentic French life (meals are cheaper and better here than along the promenade too). Adjacent to your site, the Parc de la Vanade is a leisure park featuring a nine-hole golf course and equestrian centre.

Avignon - Camping L'lle des Papes

A charming park in a unique island location close to Avignon, the gateway to Provence.

They call Avignon 'the gateway to Provence', and this is exactly what makes the L'lle des Papes park so special. You don't have to wander too far to let that wonderful Provencal feeling of unhurried, effortless tranquillity wash all over you and revive your spirits. In fact, you don't even have to leave this wonderful, modern and totally relaxing holiday park on its own private island.

Imagine owning your own home on a private island bordered by the banks of the River Rhone. Here, just 6km from the historic city of Avignon, you've a holiday park which can't help but bring a smile to your face. With just enough activities - including two swimming pools, boules and mini golf - to keep you busy by day, and entertainment and restaurants to give you a break from your kitchen at night, L'lle des Papes has got it just about right. Little wonder this charming park is a firm favourite with families seeking the finer things in life, amid the very best of French countryside.

Those who simply can't resist a good beach will be heading south to the buzzing resorts of the Riviera, with its stylish boutiques, glitzy bars and casinos but, for lovers of the finer things in life (and, by finer, we're thinking good wines, excellent patés and cheeses) Provence and the vineyards of the Languedoc are also easily accessible. Behind the ancient ramparts of Avignon lie the magnificent Papal Palace and a network of cobbled streets lined with elegant restaurant terraces and smart gift stores. Fréjus - Holiday Green Village Club

Holiday green

We are delighted to be able to offer you the opportunity to purchase a holiday home on our new park in the Côte d'Azur. Holiday Green Village Club is a well established park celebrating its 30th birthday this year. It is rightly renowned as being on of the best parks on the French Riviera.

Set on hillside covered in Mediterranean pine and cork oak Holiday Green is just 7kms from the lovely town of Fréjus. Slightly further afield are the gorgeous Côte d’Azur beaches. Holiday Green is very much a self-contained holiday village with an excellent range of facilities. Pride of place must go to the excellent pool complex, which has now been complemented by the addition of an indoor pool. A well stocked shop and bar and restaurant mean that at times you may find it difficult to tear yourself away, but there is much to explore in this unique region. The beaches are well known of course, but inland you will find that the Var countryside and hilltop villages of Provence are a constant delight.

Due to the undulating nature of the terrain on this park and the location of some of the pitches on quite steep terraces, this park is not ideal for customers with mobility problems. The spectacular Firework Festival is held in Cannes on 14th July where international teams compete to give the most amazing show. Nice houses the "La Castellada Festival" between 19th July and 2nd September and Grasse celebrates its perfume industry with the "Fête de la Rose" bewteen 14th and 16th May.
